Our client is a leading international Project Management Consultancy operating at the forefront of the mission-critical construction sector, with a strong and expanding presence in the Philippines. With a major hyperscale data centre development now underway near Makati, they are entering a critical phase of delivery on a flagship greenfield campus comprising three buildings, each in excess of 100MW.

In line with the scale and complexity of this programme, they are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Project Leader to take full responsibility for one of the 100MW+ buildings on the campus. Reporting directly to the Programme Director (PMO), you will lead the end-to-end execution of your assigned building, ensuring alignment with the overarching campus strategy, governance framework and client objectives.

This is a senior leadership role requiring full accountability for budget, schedule, quality and safety performance at building level. You will lead a multi-disciplinary project team and coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers to deliver a highly complex mission-critical facility in a live hyperscale environment.

Working within the Programme Management Office structure, you will ensure that your building integrates seamlessly with the wider campus programme. This will involve close coordination on programme-wide milestones, interface management, shared infrastructure, procurement sequencing and commissioning strategy. You will implement established PMO controls, reporting processes and risk management frameworks, while providing accurate and transparent performance updates to the Programme Director.

From early-stage planning and pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, you will drive delivery strategy at building level. This includes oversight of detailed scheduling, package management, procurement coordination, change control, cost tracking and contract administration. You will proactively identify risks, manage dependencies and ensure that execution remains aligned with both programme governance and client expectations.

A key element of the role will be leadership. You will be responsible for setting the tone, culture and performance standards within your building team, fostering accountability, collaboration and disciplined delivery. You will act as the primary escalation point for building-level matters, ensuring issues are resolved decisively and efficiently.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical or infrastructure projects, ideally within hyperscale data centre environments. You will have operated at Senior Project Manager or Project Director level on major projects exceeding 50MW+, with direct responsibility for full lifecycle delivery.

A strong understanding of cost management, procurement strategy, contract administration and commercial reporting at scale is essential. Experience working within a structured PMO environment and on campus-style or multi-building developments will be highly advantageous.

You will be a visible and decisive leader, capable of maintaining oversight of complex technical and commercial detail while driving programme momentum. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are critical, as you will interface with client representatives, consultants, contractors and senior programme leadership on a daily basis.
