From fast-growing startups to global giants, you’ll be the first call they make when they’re ready to reimagine their space.

You’ll lead conversations that begin with ambition and end in execution. Working across markets like Singapore, Japan, and Southeast Asia, you’ll guide clients through bold ideas and turn them into buildable plans. Alongside our design, commercial, and delivery teams, you’ll shape spaces that are not just beautiful, but smart, scalable, and ready for what’s next.

This role sits at the intersection of business and design. You’ll grow our presence across Asia, build long-term client partnerships, and lead solution strategy from pitch to project. Whether it’s a 10,000 sq. ft. innovation hub or a 200,000 sq. ft. HQ, you’ll help clients see the potential — and trust us to deliver it.

We’re looking for someone who brings both vision and clarity. Someone with 10+ years in workplace strategy, business development, or consulting — who understands the region, knows how to speak to the C-suite, and can turn abstract goals into concrete results.
