Our client is one of the world’s leading Interior Design & Build firms for corporate workplaces, with a rapidly expanding presence across Singapore. In line with this expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven and client-focused Client Services Manager to lead the next stage of business development and partnership growth.
As such, they are looking for a Client Services Manager to take full ownership of client relationship management, opportunity development, and commercial outcomes within the Singapore market. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying and shaping new workplace opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and converting complex requirements into viable design & build solutions. You will work cross-functionally with design, commercial, and project delivery teams, ensuring that each opportunity is translated into proposals that are creative, executable, and commercially compelling.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, elevating client experience, and positioning the company as a trusted advisor in workplace strategy and transformation. A key part of the role will be maintaining a strong and active pipeline, managing the end-to-end pursuit process, and ensuring that all client engagements support sustainable, profitable growth. With a strong focus on market development, you will also be responsible for uncovering new partnerships, strengthening brand presence, and building long-term strategic relationships across industries.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a strong background in client servicing, business development, or solution selling, ideally within interior design, design & build, real estate, or related sectors. You will bring strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to translate client ambitions into actionable solutions. Experience engaging senior executives, handling complex briefs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams will be highly advantageous.

You will be expected to lead client conversations with credibility, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
