Our client is a leading international design consultancy, recognised globally for delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions across commercial, workplace, and mixed-use developments. With a strong reputation for design excellence and an ambitious growth strategy, they are now seeking a visionary Concept Design Lead to drive the creative direction of landmark commercial building projects. This role can be based in either Singapore, India, the United Kingdom, Kuala Lumpur, or the Philippines.

This is a senior design leadership role, responsible for shaping concept design strategy, setting creative direction, and ensuring that design excellence is consistently delivered across large-scale, high-profile projects. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, future-ready solutions that push the boundaries of commercial architecture.

You will play a pivotal role in building and inspiring a high-performance design culture, mentoring creative teams, and establishing best practices that set new benchmarks for quality and innovation. A key part of the role will involve engaging with global clients and stakeholders at the earliest stages of design, articulating vision and strategy, and ensuring that creative solutions align with commercial, cultural, and functional objectives.

The successful candidate will be a proven design leader with significant experience in commercial building architecture and a strong portfolio of iconic, large-scale projects. You will bring exceptional creative vision, technical knowledge, and the ability to translate client ambitions into bold, buildable concepts. Experience working within an international design consultancy or global architectural practice is highly advantageous, together with a proven ability to lead diverse, multi-market teams.
