Renowned for their expertise in complex infrastructure, they are now entering an exciting phase of expansion with a major Data Centre project underway in Kuala Lumpur. In line with this growth, they are seeking an experienced and execution-driven Construction Manager to join their project team and help shape the future of digital infrastructure in the region.

As such, they are looking for a Construction Manager to take full ownership of on-site delivery and execution for this large-scale, high-performance facility. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving construction activities across all phases, ensuring that site operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently in alignment with program targets and technical requirements.

You will play a pivotal role in managing contractors, site teams, and construction logistics, ensuring that civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works are delivered to the highest standards. This includes monitoring progress, enforcing quality and safety protocols, resolving site issues, and coordinating closely with design and project management teams. A strong command of local construction regulations, sequencing, and QA/QC procedures will be essential, along with the ability to maintain control in a fast-paced, mission-critical delivery environment.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in delivering Data Centres, high-tech industrial developments, or complex infrastructure projects, with a hands-on background in construction management. A thorough understanding of Malaysian site operations, safety legislation, and construction best practices is essential. You should be confident overseeing large contractor teams, managing tight schedules, and resolving issues in real time to keep the project on track.

A practical mindset, strong leadership skills, and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success in this role. You will be expected to maintain site discipline, build a collaborative culture on-site, and drive timely, high-quality delivery across all trades and disciplines. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
