Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain corporate records and statutory filings for a portfolio of entities.
  • Prepare and file annual returns, resolutions, and other corporate documents.
  • Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with onboarding of new entities, including KYC and AML documentation.
  • Support the wider team with various administrative tasks and ad-hoc corporate projects as required.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely updates to corporate databases and registers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a corporate administration role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and corporate database systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small, supportive team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
