Responsibilities:
- Conduct file reviews on fully managed and registered office clients
- Conduct risk assessments and EDD forms, where applicable as part of the file reviews
- Ensure all database records are maintained up to date and accurate
- Clear and concise communication and written emails to deal with file review points and liaising closely with team member both locally and within the organisation to ensure the successful delivery of the file reviews
Requirements:
- Ideally an internationally recognized professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, ICSA, STEP) and
- Ideally minimum 5 years relevant experience in the financial services industry, with prior experience administering and managing a portfolio of simple and complex corporate structures; or undertaking file reviews for clients
- Proven knowledge and experience in successfully administering Cayman Islands companies and partnerships
- Understanding of corporate governance, relevant local regulations, and best practices.
