Our client is a rapidly expanding Corporate Interior Design & Build firm in the Asia region. With a strong pipeline of workplace projects across Singapore and the wider region, they continue to experience high demand for their services and are expanding their commercial team in Singapore.
As such, they are seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in workplace interior design and build projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for cost planning, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and final accounts. You will work closely with Project Managers, design teams, and clients, providing commercial advice and supporting project management consultancy (PMC) services on regional projects where required. A commercially minded approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are key.
