With ambitious plans for further regional growth, they are now seeking a visionary and design-focused Creative Director to lead the next stage of their development, with opportunities available in India, Malaysia, or the Philippines.

As such, they are looking for a Creative Director to take full ownership of design direction, project creativity, and regional design excellence. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping design strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered with innovation, precision, and world-class quality. You will drive creative performance, elevate client experiences, and identify new opportunities to push the boundaries of workplace and interior design.

You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performance design culture, developing creative talent, and ensuring that all projects reflect the highest standards of excellence. A key part of the role will be engaging with global clients, maintaining design integrity, and setting the benchmark for innovative, functional, and aesthetic solutions across multiple markets. With a strong focus on regional expansion, you will also be responsible for positioning the studio as a thought leader and trusted partner in design.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a strong design background, a proven track record of delivering award-winning projects, and experience in managing regional or multi-market design teams. You will have exceptional attention to detail, a deep understanding of the design process, and a hands-on approach to leading creative output. Previous experience in mentoring and developing young, dynamic teams will be highly advantageous.
