Our client is a globally integrated design studio delivering concept-led creative solutions for international clients across multiple markets. Renowned for their strong creative culture, global design sensibility, and collaborative approach, they have built a solid foundation and with increasing involvement in global projects and cross-studio collaboration. 

As such, they are looking for a Creative Senior Designer in Hyderabad to take ownership of concept design, creative delivery, and day-to-day design management while working closely with global clients and international design teams. In this high-impact role, you will lead creative conversations from early concept through to execution, ensuring design excellence is maintained across multiple projects and global touchpoints.

You will play a pivotal role in driving creative direction, contributing original design ideas, and balancing hands-on design with effective team and workflow management. A key part of the role will be collaborating with global designers, participating in international design discussions, and ensuring concepts are clearly communicated and consistently delivered across regions. You will also support and mentor designers within the studio, helping to build a strong, high-performing creative team.

The successful candidate will have a strong creative background as a concept designer, with experience working on global projects and engaging with international clients. You will demonstrate excellent design judgement, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to manage both creative output and design processes. Experience working within globally connected studios or with overseas stakeholders will be highly advantageous.

A global creative mindset, the ability to balance creativity with structure, and a passion for design excellence are essential. You will be expected to lead by example, bring strong creative flair, and contribute positively to a collaborative and forward-thinking studio culture.
