In line with their continued growth, they are seeking a highly creative and concept-led Designer to join their Mumbai studio.

As such, they are looking for a Creative Designer who can take ownership of design storytelling from early concept through to visual articulation. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client briefs into compelling narratives, crafting design concepts that are rooted in brand identity while shaping large-scale workplace environments. You will play a key role in developing ideas that go beyond aesthetics, creating meaningful and engaging experiences that resonate with users.

You will work closely with internal design teams, business development, and client stakeholders, contributing to pitches, presentations, and live projects. A core part of the role will be the ability to communicate ideas clearly and creatively, using visual storytelling, mood boards, and conceptual frameworks to bring design intent to life. You will also collaborate on large-scale workplace projects, ensuring that creative vision is consistently carried through from concept to execution.

The successful candidate will be a highly creative thinker with a strong portfolio that demonstrates concept development, storytelling, and brand integration within spatial design. You will have a solid understanding of branding and how it translates into the built environment, with experience working on workplace or commercial interior projects at scale.

You will bring strong visual communication skills, a passion for design, and the confidence to present ideas to clients and internal teams. A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and the ability to think both strategically and creatively are essential. Experience working in fast-paced, design-led environments will be highly advantageous.
