Our client is a leading international design practice with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable architecture. With a growing portfolio of landmark projects, they are now seeking a visionary Architect Design Director to lead their architecture team and shape the next phase of growth. Your portfolio will encompass hospitality, commercial and mixed-use development, luxury residential condominiums, flagship retail malls and more.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will take full ownership of design direction, team performance, and project delivery. You will oversee workflows from concept to construction, manage client relationships, and hold overall responsibility for the studio’s profit and loss (P&L). A key part of the role will be mentoring and developing architects, embedding sustainable practices, and driving innovation through the integration of technology and AI.

The successful candidate will be a senior design leader with at least 10 years’ experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication, commercial acumen, and the ability to strike a balance between creativity and operational excellence are essential.
