With a growing portfolio of landmark projects, they are now seeking a visionary Design Director for their Lifestyle studio, focusing on hospitality, retail, F&B and luxury residential, to provide creative leadership and shape the next phase of growth.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will take full ownership of design direction, project delivery, and team performance. You will oversee the design process from concept to completion, manage client relationships, and collaborate across departments to ensure success. A key part of the role will be mentoring and developing designers, embedding sustainable practices, and driving innovation through technology and AI integration.

The successful candidate will be a senior design leader with at least 10 years’ experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master’s preferred), and a proven track record of delivering complex, high-profile projects. A strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen are essential. Experience with BIM platforms, design presentation tools, and the integration of AI in workflows will be highly advantageous.
