Our client is a top-tier EPCM contractor delivering some of Asia’s most advanced manufacturing facilities. As they embark on a major greenfield semiconductor campus development, they’re seeking an Engineering Design Leader to drive technical excellence from day one.

In this role, you’ll lead the design vision for an entire semiconductor site—from bare land to fully integrated fab. With a background in mechanical or electrical engineering, you’ll oversee the design and coordination of critical systems: HVAC, cleanroom environments, power distribution, environmental control, and utility integration. Every decision you make will influence the performance and precision of the final facility.

This is more than design oversight—it’s about building the foundation of a high-performance, ISO 14644-compliant fab from the ground up. You’ll work closely with architects, process tool planners, contractors, and vendors—many of whom will be Korean-speaking. Your fluency will be key to aligning cross-border teams, accelerating approvals, and resolving technical nuances without anything lost in translation.

You’ll move fluidly from concept design to construction support, managing design teams, guiding technical direction, and ensuring every system meets the stringent demands of semiconductor manufacturing. You’ll also contribute to strategic planning, cost evaluations, and real-time problem-solving on a site where speed and precision go hand in hand.
