Our client is a leading name in Luxury Hospitality Interior Design, with an enviable track record working on some of the world’s most iconic hospitality projects.

With a number of projects resuming their development cycle, they are seeking to recruit a Design Leader with a strong track record in the design and delivery of luxury hospitality projects in either their Singapore Office.

As a Design Leader, you will have responsibility for supporting the Studio Leader in design leadership for the office, as well as operational management of design teams. You will have strong conceptual capabilities in the luxury hospitality environment and be able to lead large projects directly with the client, or a portfolio of smaller projects. You will have good leadership capabilities in managing internal design teams through the design process and be very comfortable in client-facing and work-winning environments.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Interior Design, or another related discipline, and have a strong track record in the delivery of high-profile projects across the luxury hospitality markets. You will have a demonstrable track record of producing high-quality design, leading projects and teams, as well as being comfortable in the work-winning environment.
