In the heart of Saudi Arabia’s mountains, a new world-class destination is taking shape a multi-phase luxury resort unlike anything the region has seen. Backed by a major land concession from the Saudi Government, our newly formed investment and development company is bringing together global architects, luxury hotel brands, and leading engineers to create a place where nature, culture, and luxury meet.

We are seeking a Development Project Director to lead this journey. This is not simply a construction role it is the stewardship of an entire vision. The project will be delivered in phases, beginning with core infrastructure across a vast and challenging mountain site, followed by the creation of seven ultra-luxury hotels and a network of world-class amenities.

The ideal candidate brings a deep civil and structural engineering background coupled with the strategic oversight to orchestrate a complex, multi-phase development. They will guide master planning, engineering, procurement, and construction, ensuring every element from mountain roads to architectural detailing meets the highest international standards. This is about building something enduring, both technically and culturally.

Success in this role requires more than technical expertise. The Director will be the central link between government authorities, investors, consultants, and hospitality partners. They will navigate the intricacies of Saudi regulations, champion sustainability and environmental stewardship, and ensure the resort’s delivery remains on time, on budget, and uncompromising in quality.

We are looking for a proven leader with a demonstrable track record in large-scale hospitality or resort projects, ideally in challenging or remote environments. Middle East experience is highly valued, as is a track record in delivering luxury assets that stand the test of time. Strong communication, commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire large, multidisciplinary teams are essential.
