Our client is a world-renowned, European-headquartered multi-disciplinary design studio seeking to appoint a Landscape Design Director to lead its landscape architecture practice across the Asia-Pacific region, based in Singapore. With a legacy of award-winning, sustainable design, the firm has experienced strong post-Covid growth and continues to deliver transformative projects across urban regeneration, hospitality, mixed-use and cultural sectors.

This confidential leadership opportunity offers the chance to shape public realm and ecological strategies for some of the most significant projects in the region. You’ll work closely with global design teams, regional studios, and influential clients to drive landscape design excellence from concept through delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrable track record of leading design-driven, built landscape architecture projects, with a strong understanding of regional contexts and a passion for innovation and sustainability. Prior experience in Europe, the UK, US, or the Nordics is strongly preferred, reflecting the studio’s design ethos and international standard of delivery.

You’ll be a confident leader, comfortable with both creative direction and client engagement, and passionate about mentoring teams and embedding sustainability in every project. A degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture is essential; chartered or licensed status is advantageous.
