Responsibilities:

  • Daily administrative support including filing, compilation of documents and reports
  • Organising meetings and events and communications
  • Scheduling school visits as required
  • Processing fund applications for the program
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of cheques

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related subject.
  • A minimum of three (3) years relevant office experience, which should include experience preparing payment requests/memos
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft applications and a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm.
