Our client is one of Malaysia’s premier and fastest-growing international Project Management Consultancies. With a strong existing pipeline of projects, they are currently seeking a number of candidates for key positions within their organisation.

As such, they are seeking a seasoned Finishing Manager with a strong background working with high-end finishes to luxury residential projects, to join their busy team in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting to the clients’ Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the finishing and snagging to one of KL’s most prestigious condominium residences as well as managing the defects liability contract for six months post-project completion.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Engineering, Construction or have worked their way up through the trades, and have prior experience managing finishing works in a live tenanted, high-rise environment. You will have a strong eye for detail and be able to manage both finishing and snagging works, as well as a defects liability service contract. You will have strong presentation skills and be able to communicate with high-net-worth residents in a service-oriented manner. Prior experience working with Malaysia building codes and regulations is prerequisite for this position.
