Key Responsibilities:

• Craft monthly estimates, reconcile NAVs, and meticulously review third-party administrator deliverables.
• Dive deep into fund performance analysis, manage investor allocations, conduct distribution analysis, and oversee capital movements.
• Assist in trade booking, ensure seamless settlement, and handle reporting and reconciliations.
• Foster seamless collaboration across teams to ensure the accuracy of fund deliverables and marketing materials.
• Serve as a dependable backup for operations and compliance functions.
• Champion operational enhancements and devise innovative technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and implement compliance procedures, manage reporting, and liaise effectively with brokers/custodians and auditors.
• Undertake spontaneous portfolio and firm-wide operations and analysis.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable experience in an operations/compliance/middle office environment.
• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to navigate its functionalities with ease.
• Familiarity with SQL, VBA, Python, or PowerBI is a strong advantage.
• Previous exposure to OTC financial instruments is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
