Our client, is a leading regional hotel operator with a growing portfolio of lifestyle hotels and wellness-focused resorts across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, the group is recognised for its strong brand identity, guest-centric approach, and focus on operational excellence.
As such, they are seeking a Group Director of Operations, based in Ho Chi Minh City and reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer.
This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing and optimising operational performance across all hotels and resorts within the portfolio, ensuring consistent service standards, strong financial results, operational efficiency, and alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives
You will provide strategic and hands-on leadership to General Managers and property teams, driving excellence across Rooms, F&B, Wellness, Engineering, and Guest Services.
The role includes full oversight of GOP and EBITDA performance, budgets and forecasts, KPI monitoring, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction metrics.
You will also lead operational readiness for new openings and renovations, ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements, and act as a key liaison with owners and senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of progressive hotel operations experience, including 5 to 7 years in a senior multi-property or corporate operations role. Experience managing upscale or resort portfolios is highly preferred. Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and experience operating in a multi-property regional environment are essential.
