Our client is a Global Facilities Management firm currently going through a major transformation and integration of their Asia platform into a fully integrated regional platform delivering hard and soft Facilities Services to public and private sector clients across the region.

As such they are seeking a Regional HR Director for the APAC business, based in Singapore. Reporting to the Regional CEO in Singapore, you would be responsible for leading and delivering the HR strategy for the region and overseeing the in-country teams for the various operating locations in Asia Pacific. 

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in HR within the real estate and facilities services industry, as well as be able to develop and install strong HR practices and systems across a geographically dispersed business. You will be a well-rounded HR generalist capable of delivering tangible improvements in employee engagement, talent management, well-being, and diversity & inclusion across a culturally diverse organisation in different countries. You will have relevant professional qualifications as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
