Our client is a leading hospitality group in Vietnam with a growing portfolio of mid-scale to luxury city hotels and resorts across the country as well as a real estate investment and development platform.

As part of their rapid growth story, they are seeking to enhance their business operational structure and bring a strong HR Director to the group to look after both the hospitality operations group as well as the real estate investment team. The role would have overall responsibility for the head office HR functions as well as the individual hotels within the group across Vietnam, Thailand, and other countries as they expand.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in HR within the hospitality industry, as well as be able to develop and install strong HR practices and systems across a geographically dispersed business. You will be a well-rounded HR generalist capable of delivering tangible improvements in employee engagement, talent management, well-being, and diversity & inclusion across a culturally diverse organisation in different countries. You will have relevant professional qualifications as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
