HR Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage employee relations and welfare programs.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
- Lead and support recruitment and staffing efforts.
- Manage the departmental budget and support auditing processes.
- Prepare and maintain various HR-related reports.
- Keep track of employee leave and training records.
- Manage payroll-related functions and benefits coordination.
- Provide support with office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate and promote educational and internship opportunities.
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a senior HR position is an asset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Advanced skills in reporting, data analysis, and IT tools.
- Capacity to work within tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with an ability to work in a structured manner.
