Known for their innovation, design excellence, and ability to create dynamic environments that support business performance, they are now seeking an experienced Interior Integration & Client Relation Manager to join their growing team.

As such, they are looking for a highly detail-oriented and motivated professional to take ownership of the design integration and fit-out process across complex corporate workplace projects. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for coordinating the full project lifecycle from design through execution and final handover ensuring that quality, timelines, and budgets are consistently achieved. Acting as the SPOC, you will provide clarity, alignment, and accountability for all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between clients, consultants, and delivery teams.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping workplace environments that meet global standards of excellence. A key part of the role will be overseeing the consistency and accuracy of civil interior specifications, drawings, and BOQs, ensuring compliance with local codes (NBC & RPWD) and international benchmarks. You will also coordinate with MEPF teams to align technical requirements with design aesthetics, review shop drawings for approval, and track design changes throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will bring at least 12 years of experience in corporate real estate, office design, and fit-out project delivery, supported by a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. You will have strong expertise in managing interior projects at site level, with proven ability to identify and mitigate design risks, manage budgets, and resolve complex challenges proactively. Global workplace exposure, sustainability credentials (LEED, WELL, IGBC), and knowledge of BIM processes will be highly advantageous.

A natural leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you will be adept at influencing senior executives, consultants, and vendors alike. You will have a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while delivering measurable outcomes on projects.
