Our client is an international grade Real Estate investment platform focused on investing in Vietnam and Indochina. Backed by Tier 1 international investors, our client has developed an enviable platform to deploy capital into hospitality and residential mixed-use assets across Vietnam and the Indochina region.

With the current increase in activity in the market, they are seeking an Associate level real estate investment and asset management professional to join their team based in Ho Chi Minh City.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record originating and executing hospitality and mixed-use real estate acquisitions in the domestic Vietnam market. You will also have experience assisting in actively managing an investment portfolio to maximize returns for the organisation. Experience dealing with hospitality assets would be an advantage but exposure to broader spectrum asset classes would also be welcome.

You will be qualified in Real Estate, Finance, or another related degree and may have studied or worked abroad previously. The successful candidate must be fully bilingual in English and Vietnamese in order to communicate effectively internally and externally. Geographically this role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City but will involve nationwide travel and occasional international travel. The successful candidate will likely have spent time with Private Equity Real Estate businesses, Investment Banks, or Transaction Services in one of the major Accounting and Advisory firms.
