Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain corporate documents, including meeting minutes and statutory registers.
  • Support the filing of statutory returns and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage corporate records and databases.
  • Coordinate board meetings and distribute materials.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle inquiries.
  • Ensure timely filing of corporate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate administration or similar role.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
