As such, they are looking for a senior, design-led professional to play a key role in both creative leadership and studio operations. Working closely with the Studio Leader, you will support design leadership for the Bangkok office while overseeing the operational management of design teams. You will lead the design and delivery of large-scale luxury hospitality projects or manage a portfolio of smaller schemes, working directly with clients and ensuring design excellence is maintained throughout all stages.

In this high-impact role, you will provide strong conceptual direction within the luxury hospitality environment, guide teams from concept through to detailed design and site delivery, and ensure that quality, programme, and client expectations are consistently met. You will be highly comfortable in client-facing settings, presenting design concepts, leading workshops, and contributing to work-winning activities, proposals, and interviews.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline, with a proven track record delivering high-profile luxury hospitality projects in Thailand, Southeast Asia, or internationally. You will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, the ability to inspire and manage design teams, and a consistent history of producing high-quality, design-led outcomes. Experience working closely with hotel operators, developers, and consultants will be essential, as will confidence in work-winning and business development environments.
