Our client is a rapidly expanding Corporate Interior Design & Build firm in the Asia region. They are currently experiencing strong demand for their services across the region and are expanding into new territories while continuing to grow their established Singapore business.

As such, they are seeking a Lead Interior Designer to take on a key creative leadership role within their Workplace design team in Singapore.

This is a senior, client-facing position suited to a strong Corporate Workplace focused Creative Design Leader with a proven track record in delivering high-profile office interior projects. You will be responsible for leading concept development, driving design strategy, and ensuring the successful translation of creative vision into buildable, commercially viable solutions.

You will work closely with clients to understand their brand, culture, and ways of working, developing compelling workplace concepts that balance innovation, functionality, and technical feasibility. Internally, you will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors within the Design & Build environment to ensure seamless coordination from concept through to delivery.

The successful candidate will hold a qualification in Interior Design or a related discipline and demonstrate extensive experience designing and delivering corporate workplace projects across Singapore and the wider region. You will possess strong presentation and storytelling skills, excellent client management capabilities, and the confidence to lead design workshops and stakeholder engagements.

Experience within an Interior Design & Build environment is highly desirable, as you will need to be comfortable working at pace, responding to commercial considerations, and guiding projects through both creative and technical stages.
