Our client, a fast-growing Entertainment/Technology company, is looking to expand their legal team with a Legal Counsel hire based in Singapore. Reporting to a Global Head of Legal, this counsel will be part of a global legal team that will be responsible in supporting business transactions in the region in the Asia Pacific region.
The ideal candidate is:-
– Commonwealth/ Singapore qualified lawyer
– 2 to 6 PQE, trained in a top law firm or within an established in-house team
– Strong experience in corporate IT/IP, General corporate commercial, compliance and data privacy
– Business fluency in Mandarin is an advantage given the geographical scope of the role
– Adaptable, commercially-savvy, energetic
This will be an exciting role for a young lawyer deeply passionate about the gaming industry, to be part of the growth story and develop together with the organisation regionally.
