Provide full legal secretarial and administrative support to the Corporate team.
Draft, type, proofread, and amend legal documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange travel logistics.
Manage client files, including opening, closing, archiving, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
Handle telephone and email inquiries with professionalism.
Conduct company searches, conflict checks, and assist with client/matter setup on document management systems.
Support billing processes, invoice preparation, and expense handling.
Assist with marketing and client events, including updating contacts and business development activities.
Provide general office and secretarial duties as needed to support partners and fee earners.
Requirements
Prior legal secretarial experience, ideally supporting a partner and handling billing responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document and client management systems (experience with iManage, 3E, and Intapp advantageous).
Strong drafting, writing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to prepare complex, properly formatted legal documents.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Commitment to delivering a high level of client service, discretion, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently while being adaptable and collaborative within a fast-paced environment.
