Legal Secretary

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and preparing legal documents, including contracts of engagement with clients, minute taking, resolution drafting, maintaining filing systems, arranging document execution, corporate administrative tasks, and communicating with clients
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in assisting the Managing Director with day-to-day responsibilities including, reviewing emails and serving as a point of contact for client queries, organizing and maintaining files
- The successful candidate will be use to a fast paced environment and be a high output employee who can meet required deadline with exceptional attention to detail
- The successful candidate will assist the Directors with Board meeting review and preparation
- The successful candidate will assist with client billing, tracking time and collections
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years experience is required
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, experience with CAP/CORIS iManage and Viewpont are helpful
- The successful candidate must be extremely organized with excellent communication skills
