Managing Director – Corporate Services

Responsibilities:
- Seeking a senior professional to serve as managing director of the corporate services arm, which is the holder of a Companies Management Licence
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in corporate and fiduciary services
- The successful candidate will be expected to manage and administer the Company’s operations, including discharging the Company’s regulatory and contractual obligations
- The successful candidate will be expected to have a proactive approach to marketing with a view to expanding the Firm’s corporate services and fiduciary offerings
- The successful candidate must have the ability to operate with no supervision and under considerable pressure
- Relevant academics and qualifications are essential.
Remuneration package is negotiable.
