Marketing & Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to provide marketing support to our Trusts and Private Wealth, Dispute Resolution, Employment and Property teams, including a range of industry and CSR events and marketing initiatives?
Key duties to include but are not limited to:
- To support on the planning and organisation of practice area events – including pre-event planning and post event follow ups
- Draft invitations, reminder campaigns and follow up emails and manage RSVPs
- Contribute to the annual practice area M&BD budgeting process by researching costs and details for specific practice area events
- Create client briefings, profiles and other branded items using InDesign
- Generate marketing reports and target lists from the firms CRM system
- Processing and checking invoices, arranging payment
- Manage local stock of branded items and organise courier dispatches
- Create webinars using BigMarker platform and action associated tasks
