MARKETING & EVENTS MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing competitive products or services to identify potential areas for improvement to gain market share.
- Participate in the development of marketing plans and brand activations to reach target audiences.
- Developing an effective online presence for the brand through websites, blogs, social media channels, and other online platforms
- Planning and implementing digital and social media campaigns, including monitoring and reporting.
- Leading internal communications, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging through all mediums (internal and external)
- Measuring the success of marketing campaigns by analyzing sales figures, customer feedback, and other factors that indicate whether objectives were met.
- Additionally analyze and report on the efficacy of campaigns
- Liaise with advertising agencies and external contractors to manage and execute campaigns.
- Formulate a cross-platform content strategy and manage content calendar, including websites, email, and social media.
Requirements:
- Experience with planning and executing events.
- Demonstrable creativity, problem resolution, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Must have a thorough understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, including how to create advertisements, how to promote a product or service.
- Previous experience in a full-service marketing agency setting would be advantageous.
- Comfortable with public speaking and being interviewed on camera/video.
