Our client is a leading Global Project & Cost Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering highly complex projects and working with leading international clients around the world.

With increasing demand for QS and Cost Management services across their business, they are currently seeking an MEP-focused Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team in their Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy Division. You will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of work on projects ranging from office fit-outs to hotel, retail and commercial building A&A works. You will be fully familiar with equipment and trade rate pricing in Singapore and be able to conduct cost analyses and assessments on behalf of clients. You will also be able to manage variation orders and claims amongst other activities.

The successful candidate will be Qualified in Quantity Surveying, ideally with RICS or SISV qualifications although this is not a prerequisite. You will have a demonstrable track record in the delivery of QS and Cost Management services across a variety of projects and be able to work to tight deadlines with a good eye for detail and strong numeracy accuracy.
