Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document handling.
  • Prepare reports, assign tasks, and handle vendor contracts.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and support to office staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ office management experience.
  • Background in law, professional services, or finance preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting and task delegation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
