Our client is one of the world’s leading full-service Real Estate & Property Consultancies. With a well-established business operating across the Asia markets, they are working with a major education provider to deliver new education facilities in various locations in the region.
With a new project coming up, they are currently seeking a Project Director to deliver a major new education campus project in Singapore. This will be a full-service education campus including teaching, sports, accommodation, science and research facilities amongst others.
The successful candidate will be qualified in Project or Construction Management or another related degree. You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering projects in the education environment including large high-profile, phased construction projects. Prior experience in delivering education campus projects would be highly advantageous. Due to the current restrictions on work pass availability, only candidates currently residing in Singapore with existing working rights can be considered for this position.
