Our client is a rapidly growing, institutionally backed, Data Centre Developer and Manager operating across the Asia region. With several new sites announced recently, they are looking to secure an experienced Project Director to join their busy team in Seoul and lead the delivery of their new asset.

As Projects Director, you will be the Owner’s Representative for the development of their existing site, as well as assisting in the sourcing and due diligence for any new sites in your region. Primarily you will have responsibility for overseeing the design, engineering, procurement and construction general contractor. You will ensure the highest quality of design and construction standards as well as ensure the best value and commercial success of the project.

The successful candidate will be qualified to Degree level in Construction, Engineering or another related degree. You will have strong prior experience delivering Data Centre projects in a Client’s Representative capacity in the region and ideal South Korea itself. You will have a detailed understanding of the technical MEP and IT components of the Data Centre construction process and be considered a subject matter expert in the industry. You must be able to communicate effectively in both Korean and English and be prepared to travel both within South Korea as well as travel to support other major projects in the region.
