Our client is a leading Engineering & Building Services Consultancy providing design and commissioning services to private and public sector clients around the world, with a well-established presence in Singapore and a strong pipeline of secured projects across their client base.
With continued growth in the mission critical sector, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their Singapore team delivering complex Data Centre projects. This role will report directly to a Senior Project Manager and will play a key part in supporting the successful planning, coordination and delivery of high-value, technically demanding projects.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project management activities across the full project lifecycle, from design development through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. You will support the Senior PM in managing programme, cost, quality and risk, ensuring projects are delivered in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary design consultants, contractors and specialist vendors, chair project meetings, monitor progress and proactively resolve technical and commercial issues. A key part of the role will involve stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication between clients, consultants and site teams throughout the delivery process.
The successful candidate will have a background in construction, engineering or project management, with experience delivering data centre or other mission critical projects in Singapore. You will demonstrate strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple workstreams within a structured project governance framework. Experience working within a consultancy or client-side environment will be highly advantageous.
