Our client is a globally recognised Project & Cost Management Consultancy, delivering some of the most complex and high-value developments around the world. As Taiwan continues to grow as a hub for advanced technology manufacturing, they are expanding their team in Taipei and are seeking a CSA Quantity Surveyor to support projects at the cutting edge of innovation.

In this role, you’ll be central to the cost and commercial management of semiconductor fabrication plants, data centres, biotech facilities, pharmaceutical sites, and high-tech manufacturing environments. You’ll work across several fast-moving, high-spec projects—managing CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) scopes from early-stage planning through procurement, construction, and final account close-out.

You will be trusted to lead key cost decisions, drive value engineering, manage change control, and ensure financial discipline across technically demanding environments. Collaboration will be a constant—working with international clients, EPCMs, contractors, and engineers to deliver precision-driven results in mission-critical sectors.

To succeed, you’ll need a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and, ideally, a qualification such as RICS (or be working toward it). Just as important is your experience working on complex construction projects in cleanrooms, manufacturing, or industrial environments. You must have strong knowledge of Taiwan’s construction cost landscape, and excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English are essential for success in this client-facing, fast-paced role.
