As Taiwan cements its role as a hub for advanced manufacturing, they’re growing their Taipei team and are now seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to help deliver landmark projects at the forefront of innovation.

This role places you at the commercial heart of cutting-edge environments—semiconductor fabs, data centres, biotech labs, and pharmaceutical facilities. You’ll manage full MEP scopes from design through to final account, guiding costs with precision through the entire lifecycle. From early-stage estimates to procurement strategy, contract management, and change control, your decisions will shape the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.

You’ll work alongside international clients, EPCMs, engineers, and contractors, ensuring technical excellence while maintaining cost discipline in fast-paced, detail-heavy settings. It’s a role that demands not just technical fluency in MEP systems, but also the ability to lead conversations, solve problems collaboratively, and bring clarity to complexity.

To succeed, you’ll need a degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering, with solid experience in MEP cost control for industrial or high-tech builds. RICS or equivalent accreditation is ideal, or you should be working toward it. A deep understanding of Taiwan’s construction cost landscape is key, as are strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
