Our client is one of the world’s leading Private Equity firms with a very strong Real Estate arm and a strong regional presence in Asia. Having developed a strong portfolio of both direct real estate investments as well as investee real estate companies, they are now looking to expand their Singapore team as the portfolio grows.

As such, they are looking for Senior Analyst or Associate level candidates to join their busy Private Equity Real Estate team supporting their expansion of the Singapore platform, as well as the regional business as they grow in geographies such as Korea and Japan.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Real Estate, Finance, or another related degree. You will have strong financial modeling skills being able to build and run models at asset, portfolio, or company level. You will likely have spent time with a Big 4 Advisory Group, Tier 1 Investment Bank or PERE firm, or leading Property Investor & Developer. You must have strong English and proficiency in another regional language such as Korean, Japanese or Mandarin would also be highly advantageous.
