In line with this strategic trajectory, they are seeking a commercially astute and design-focused Managing Director to lead the next stage of development across Singapore and the wider region.

As such, they are looking for a Managing Director to take full ownership of business performance, design delivery, team leadership, and commercial results. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction, steering multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring operational and design excellence across a diverse portfolio of architectural and workplace projects. You will drive business development efforts, deepen client relationships, and identify new market opportunities to strengthen the firm’s competitive position and support sustained regional growth.

You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performance, creatively driven culture, developing a multi-disciplinary team of architects, designers, and project leaders, and ensuring that all project outcomes meet the highest standards of innovation, quality, and client satisfaction. A key part of the role will be managing the full P&L, maintaining commercial agility, and executing strategic plans that respond effectively to evolving market dynamics. With a strong focus on growth, you will also be responsible for expanding the firm’s project footprint, working closely with both local stakeholders and regional leadership.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a strong background in architecture, workplace design, or commercial building design, together with a proven track record of managing business units or studios with full P&L responsibility. You will bring deep experience in delivering complex, high-profile projects, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams. Experience within multinational or large-scale consulting environments will be highly advantageous.
