Risk Manager – Cayman Islands

INVENIO Global Search have been Engaged by a highly regarded and prestigious, boutique professional services organisation, to secure an experience Risk Manager to join their growing Cayman team.

Working closely with the international leadership team you will have significant input into the formation and delivery of the strategic risk agenda covering all forms of Risk with potential to impact the business.      
      
Responsibilities

• Risk assessments and analysis of findings.
• Identify any Risks and vulnerabilities.
• Advise and support group leadership on corrective action.
• Continually monitor the Risk profile and appetite, and report on this.
• Analyze Risk metrics, risk trends and indicators to ensure proactive Risk management.
• Advise on the Risk framework, policies, and procedures.
• Adopt the use of technology platforms, including AI systems, to automate Risk processes.
• Stay up to date with global Risk practices and regulatory environment.
• Champion the awareness of, and resilience to, Risk.  

      
Requirements         

• Significant Risk Management experience, gained in a Professional Services environment – Accounting, Financial Services, Legal, Funds, Insurance.  
• Experience of implementing various types of Risk Management frameworks.
• Demonstrable experience of working with various Risk methodologies and tools.
• An appreciation of technology platforms used in Risk Management.
• Ability to provide Risk advice and evidence based recommendations to global leadership.
• Communicate complex Risk information to all levels in the business.
