Our client, one of the world’s leading Interior Design & Build firms, is expanding rapidly across India — and they’re seeking a Senior Associate – Interior Design to lead high-impact commercial fit-out projects in Hyderabad.

This is a key leadership role for a design professional with a strong track record in delivering large-scale, high-spec corporate interiors. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end design on projects often exceeding 100,000 sq. ft., managing a creative team of 10–15 designers while collaborating closely with consultants, contractors, and global clients.

You will shape the design vision, elevate project execution, and ensure every workspace reflects the client’s brand, functionality, and innovation goals. Just as importantly, you’ll mentor and grow your team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and forward-thinking design.

The ideal candidate has led complex office fit-outs from concept through completion, blending creative vision with technical precision and strong stakeholder management. A deep understanding of workplace design trends, space planning, and execution coordination is essential.
