Our client is a vibrant and up-and-coming multi-discipline design firm in Malaysia. With the strong resurgence of the architecture and construction market, they are expanding their talented team and are seeking to appoint several new members at their busy Kuala Lumpur studio.

As Senior Associate – Architecture, you will play a key role in supporting the Studio Leader in both design leadership and operational management of architectural teams. You will bring strong conceptual capabilities across a broad spectrum of project typologies including hospitality, retail, commercial, residential, and F&B developments. You will be expected to lead large-scale architectural projects directly with clients, or oversee a portfolio of smaller, fast-paced developments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in guiding internal architecture teams through all phases of the design process—from concept through to construction documentation. You will be adept in client engagement, confident in design presentations, and experienced in work-winning activities including bids and competitions.

The successful candidate will hold qualifications in Architecture or a related discipline, and have a strong portfolio showcasing the delivery of high-profile projects for leading international clients, ideally within a design-focused studio environment.
