Our client is a leading office interior design and build company with a rapidly expanding portfolio of corporate workplace projects across India and the wider region. Renowned for their design innovation, delivery capability, and client-focused approach, they have built a strong reputation in the market and with an increasing pipeline of larger and more complex commercial interior projects, they are strengthening their leadership team in Hyderabad.

As such, they are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to take full ownership of on-site construction delivery across multiple high-end corporate interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving site performance, managing construction teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality and finish.

In this role, you will lead all site operations, overseeing contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining close coordination with project management, design, and client teams. You will be accountable for construction planning, sequencing, quality control, and issue resolution across fast-paced fit-out environments, ensuring smooth execution from mobilisation through to handover.

You will proactively manage technical, coordination, and logistical challenges on site, ensuring alignment between drawings, specifications, and on-ground execution. A key part of the role will involve managing procurement activities, resource forecasting, and contractor performance, while enforcing safety, compliance, and quality standards across all projects.

As a senior leader, you will play a critical role in upholding the company’s construction standards and reputation, mentoring site teams, and driving continuous improvement in site processes, build quality, and operational efficiency. You will also act as a key interface with clients, ensuring transparency, confidence, and satisfaction throughout the construction phase.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and commercially aware construction professional with 12+ years of experience in commercial interior fit-out or design and build contracting environments. You will have a proven track record of delivering workplace interior projects on time and within budget, with strong technical knowledge of fit-out construction, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and civil interiors. The ability to interpret detailed drawings, manage complex contractor interfaces, and lead multiple sites is essential.
