Our client is one of Malaysia’s premier and fastest-growing international Project Management Consultancies. With a strong existing pipeline of projects, they are currently seeking a number of candidates for key positions within their organisation.

As such, they are seeking a Senior Construction Manager with a strong background working with large-scale refurbishment and asset enhancement projects for a large mixed-use development in the central business district of Kuala Lumpur. This will include public spaces, commercial offices as well as a large retail component. There will be a major demolition and rebuild component including high-rise facade replacements, MEP upgrading and fit-out and refurbishment work to public spaces and corporate offices. You will be working within an existing team of Package Project Managers under a Project Director and leading the physical construction components under each discipline.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Construction or Project Management or another related degree. You will ideally have exposure to upgrading projects for commercial mixed-use assets including corporate office space. You will have prior experience managing demolition contractors and working in confined spaces with strong Health & Safety acumen.
