Our client is a globally integrated design studio delivering concept-led creative solutions for international clients across multiple markets. Renowned for their strong creative culture, global design sensibility, and collaborative approach, they have built a solid foundation and with increasing involvement in global projects and cross-studio collaboration. 

As such, they are looking to appoint a Senior Designer (Design & Technical) in Bangalore to play a key leadership role across the design and delivery of large-scale corporate workplace projects. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Architect or Interior Designer who can confidently contribute to creative design discussions while leading technical coordination, documentation, consultant management, and construction delivery. You will act as a critical link between design, technical delivery, consultants, contractors, and clients. You will contribute meaningfully to design reviews and creative direction while ensuring that design intent is translated into coordinated, practical, and buildable solutions. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee technical development, construction documentation, quality assurance, and project delivery from concept through completion.

You will also play an important leadership role within the studio, mentoring and supporting designers across both creative and technical disciplines. The role requires someone who can balance design excellence with commercial and operational realities, while confidently managing multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years’ experience in workplace interior design, architecture, or design & build environments, with a proven track record delivering complex corporate workplace projects. You will have strong design judgement combined with deep technical expertise, allowing you to contribute to creative conversations while ensuring projects are technically robust, compliant, and buildable.

Experience leading multidisciplinary coordination across architecture, interiors, MEP, AV, IT, and specialist consultants will be highly regarded. Equally important will be your ability to build trusted client relationships, present design and technical solutions with confidence, and effectively manage project risks while maintaining design integrity.

You will be someone who understands both the creative and technical aspects of workplace design, capable of guiding teams, influencing project outcomes, and delivering exceptional workplace environments that meet both client aspirations and operational requirements.
